GINA G MAKES IT TO iTUNES

In recent years, the UK hasn't performed so well in the annual Eurovision Song Contest. But that wasn't the case back in 1996 when Brisbane native Gina G represented Britain in the competition to perform the megahit 'Ooh Ahh... Just A Little Bit'. Although she came eighth in the competition, she went on to grab top spot on the UK chart, as well as charts in Japan and Israel, with a top five finish in Australia. After her debut album 'Fresh' and the singles from it, Gina G all but disappeared from our pOp radar, save the single 'Tonight's The Night', released to little fanfare in 2006. But in 2005, the now LA-based singer recorded the album 'Get Up & Dance' and released it exclusively through her OFFICIAL WEBSITE. Fast forward four years and Gina has now offered the 'Get Up & Dance' project to iTunes globally. The album (with all-new cover art) features 15 tracks, including an AVMP 12" remix of her Eurovision anthem. What will Gina do next? Some reports suggest that the singer is hard at work on album No.3, which may see the light of day sometime throughout 2009.
