After collab-orating with Russian faux-Lesbian duo t.A.T.u in 2006 and a moderately successful album, US urban outfit Flipsyde return in 2009 with their first album in four years. 'State Of Survival' is due for release Stateside in May, with the video for the first single from it, 'When It Was Good' premiering in the US this week. As with a lot of R&B music these days, it's heading in a much more definitive pOp direction and this track is most certainly no exception. With a driving pOp baseline, stabs of piano and the twin vocals, the song is a catchy, up-tempo pOp number and should really be given every chance of chart success.
