KEATING HEADED DOWN UNDER

Here's a lovely early Mother's Day present for you... (and we don't just mean the photo). Boyzone lead singer Ronan Keating (pictured) is headed to our fair shores soon, for a promotional tour in support of his new covers album. He will be in the country for three days in mid April to promote his 'Songs For My Mother' set, which features cover versions of popular classics. Along with a raft of media commitments, Ronan will be appearing live in-store at Mall Music in Sydney's Warringah Mall on Saturday April 18 as part of Record Store Day Australia, a day on which local and international artists are set to visit retail outlets. 'Songs For My Mother' has occupied the top spot on the UK albums chart for the past two weeks and is set for release in Australia on April 17. Meanwhile, Keating's manband Boyzone is reportedly keen to work with some of the world's most in-demand dance producers on their forthcoming studio album, due before Christmas.
