TIGA : Shoes

Renowned Canadian DJ Tiga is set to follow up his 2006 album 'Sexor' with 'Ciao!' in May this year, but far from saying 'goodbye', he's greeting us with the cheery 'hello' of comeback single 'Shoes'. Musically, it's a whole lot more glittery stilettos than Grosby zip-ups, with synthesized electronic bleeps layered atop a deep, pulsating beat, with spoken lyrics aplenty - most of them revolving around shoes. The premise of the clip is simple - man wants woman, woman thinks man can bugger off and leave her in peace, all housed in a background haze of '70s kitsch and psychedelia. You'll be able to slip your feet into Tiga's new album when it's released in Australia on May 01.

"Shoes" wouldn't sound too estranged from material on Richard X's "Presents His X-Factor: Vol 1" album. LOVE IT!
