CHART WATCH

A few big movers on both the singles and albums charts this week, along with a few surprise debuts. Let's have a gander...
SINGLES : The top two remain unchanged this week with the Pussycat Dolls (9945 copies) still outselling Taylor Swift (8778 copies) to retain the top spot. But it's Eminem who seems in a hurry to the No.1 position - and after just three weeks in the chart, his new single 'We Made You' moves to No.3 on the back of 8619 sales. The Black Eyed Peas are also enjoying similar success, rising six place to No.5 with 'Boom Boom Pow'. This week, the band's new single sells a further 7171 copies, just six places behind Flo Rida in No.4. Miley Cyrus's new single 'The Climb' continues to do so on the back of strong radio support for the track - it's up to No.12 with 4660 sales in the bag and Lonely Island are still on that boat, rocking their way to the No.16 position with 3670 sales. Pink's 'Bad Influence' is up to No.22 as the singer prepares to embark on her mammoth Australian tour and Katy Perry is SOOO 1990 - well 1990 copies of her single 'Waking Up In Vegas' were sold last week to see her break into the top 50 at No.28. Kelly Clarkson also splashes in at No.32 with 'I Do Not Hook Up', while Sony stablemate Cassie Davis scrapes in by the skin of her teeth at No.50 (1217 sales). Just outside the top 50, Swedish pOp songstress September debuts at No.60 with new single 'Can't Get Over' (921 sales).
PHYSICAL SINGLES : Taylor Swift is back on top here, with no physical single forthcoming for the Pussycat Dolls single. Some great debuts here for September (No.11), Cassie Davis (No.14) and Kelly Clarkson (No.17) despite low sales numbers for the physical product. Eric Hutchinson's 'Rock And Roll', the theme from multiple Logie Award-winning drama 'Packed To The Rafters' comes in at No.22.
DIGITAL TRACKS : Digitally, it's PCDs, Eminem, BEPs and Taylor (in that order) occupying the top four positions, with Ciara's JT collaboration moving into the No.7 position. Pink's 'Bad Influence' moves into the No.19 spot, while Eskimo Joe make a big splash into the chart at No.33.
ALBUMS : Looks like it's gonna be a Ronan Keating style Mother's Day - the singer notching up a further 9731 sales of his album 'Songs For My Mother' to retain the top spot on the albums chart for a second consecutive week. With the DVD now in-stores, the 'Twilight' soundtrack makes a big move into the No.2 position with 6251 sales (a big drop from first), while the public bags 5618 copies of Bob Dylan's new album 'Together Through Life' to have it debut in the No.5 position. Paul Potts rises slightly, Andre Rieu's 'Masterpieces' races up to No.13 (2551 sales) ahead of his Australian visit later this week, while The Script's self-titled album benefits from an Aussie repackage to race into the No.16 spot. The repackage of the Pussycat Dolls album 'Doll Domination' has people racing out to grab it (at a great price, we might add) - 1799 copies sold to see it back in the top 50 at No.18. Phrase's critically acclaimed new album 'Clockwork' comes in at No.26 (1444 copies), while former Australian Idol star Carl Riseley debuts at No.38 with his second album 'The Stillest Hour' (1105 copies).

Go "September". I really hope "Can't Get Over" has the same success "Cry For You" had. I just wish that "Satellites" was a huge hit, instead of only selling a few hundred copies a few years ago.

"Cassie Davis" has really intrigued me on her latest effort "Differently". Better than it's preceeder.
