POLLY SCATTERGOOD : Please Don't Touch

We're beginning to think of Essex-based singer Polly Scattergood as the Kate Miller-Heidke of Britain. With a quirky look and similarly quirky vocal delivery, she could be a Tori Amos or Kate Bush for Gen Y, as her new single 'Please Don't Touch' moves from an almost march-like melody in the verses to a sing-along-clap-along chorus, with scatterbrain lyrics and breathy delivery. It's cute.

She definitely reminds me of a British Kate Miller-Heidke too! I adore both their music & quirky styles & lyrics.
