* US rapper Ja Rule (pictured) is heading to Australian shores to play one show - at Sydney's Luna Park late next month. Tickets for the July 25 concert are now on sale, with the award-winning star being ably supported at the gig by Cristian Alexanda, Israel and DJ Nino Brown.* Sony Music has sent another single from Natalie Bassingthwaighte's debut album '1000 Stars' to radio this week. 'Not For You' is the fourth track to be lifted from the LP.
* Also sent to radio this week is a previous top five UK hit in Agnes' 'Release Me'. The super-pOp single, born in Sweden, reached the top five in Britain earlier this month and is the first single to be lifted from her forthcoming album 'Dance Love Pop', due for Australian release soon.
* Meanwhile Matchbox 20 frontman Rob Thomas has secured the No.1 most played song in the country, knocking touring princess Pink from the mantle. Most Nova and Triple M stations added the track last week to get it over the line.
* And while it's not really our cup of pOp, Aussie rock outfit Children Collide have put together something altogether creative, altogether unique and something that we really thought worth mentioning. The clip for their new single 'Chosen Armies' has been filmed in 360ยบ and is interactive! This means as the clip plays, you can move the camera around to find the angle that best suits you! It's very very clever. Check it out over at the band's OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
