Amazing how, as Aussies, if there's a New Zealander experiencing success in our country that we'll take them as our own... Gin Wigmore's new single 'Oh My' was nearly the most added track to radio a couple of weeks back, beaten to the post only by the all-conquering Madonna. Here's the clip to said track, shot predominantly in sepia tones, with a splash of colour here and there to keep things interesting. The sequence is shot within a hotel, where two young children hand out trinkets of love, causing mannequins to come to life (if you work in a retail establishment where these dummies exist, you may have nightmares about this). Then she visits a tarot reader (handily located within the hotel) and a splash of craziness ensues. Classy pop from over the Tasman that we'll gladly claim as our own.Wednesday, August 19, 2009
