WHITNEY HOUSTON : I'm Your Baby Tonight

The first single from Whitney's third studio album was the LP's title track, 'I'm Your Baby Tonight'. Written by Babyface and LA Reid (co-creators of the famous LaFace record label), the 1990 track is the second last top ten hit Whitney had here in Australia. The clip features the singer at the very peak of her pop powers, belting out the number in her penthouse apartment when all of a sudden, a mirror beckons her. She puts her hand in the mirror and is magically transported to some swanky bar where she's wearing a white suit. Later, she hits another mirror and she's part of a threesome of chorus girls performing choreography on the rooftop. Great imaging, great pop track.
