VV BROWN : Game Over

There's something altogether likeable about British singer songwriter VV Brown, but for some reason, she's yet to achieve the kind of chart placing that's going to provide her with career longevity in a music industry climate that demands success or shows you the door. One track physical singles most certainly don't help her cause. But with the clip to 'Game Over, the fourth single from her album 'Travelling Like The Light', her record company (thankfully) doesn't seem to have scrimped. There are the best horse-hoof shoes since Sheena Easton tried them on in her 'Giving Up, Giving In' video and some of the best 'one person digitally duplicated' choreography since either Kylie's 'Your Disco Needs You' or the Oompa Loompas in Willy Wonka. But it's the seemingly never ending parade of outrageous costumery that really impresses. We counted 18 within three and a half minutes, but there's surely a couple we missed. Nice enough track to go with them too.
