ENIGMA'S PLATINUM PLANS

European music project Enigma will see out 2009 by releasing a brand new collection of hits remixes and previously unreleased material called 'The Platinum Collection', just one month before the band will celebrate it's 20th anniversary. Featuring three discs, 'The Platinum Collection' will virtually chart the project's history from their massive 1990 worldwide hit 'Sadness' to their 2008 album 'Seven Lives Many Faces'.
Disc one will contain seventeen of Enigma's best loved songs and greatest hits, disc two will bring fans a collection of eleven remixes, while a third disc will feature a series of experimental instrumental numbers from the past 20 years.
Says founder Michael Cretu (pictured), "The 'Lost Ones' are my way of instrumental drafts developed from a boiling cauldron full of unordered, naive und carefree musical ideas.”
Enigma's 3CD 'Platinum Collection' will be released in Australia on November 20.
