Take one mesmerizing young woman with incredibly shiny hair, put her in a stylish black dress, hand her a ukelele and you've got an intriguing blend of instrumentation (there's some clarinet in there too) that creates one of the cutest pop songs around. 'One Finger' is the first single to be lifted from Aussie artist Georgia Field's forthcoming debut album and if single No.1 is anything to go by, Aussie audiences can expect something rather special from the album.
The track bubbles away in much the same way as Lenka's 'The Show', bouncing along to tell the tale of a relationship that seems to be souring. That said, the clip is fresh as a daisy, combining live shots of Georgia with kaleidoscopic animated playing cards. It's a great effect and everything seems to just gel. Georgia's woven her spell on us - now it's your turn.
Head over to her OFFICIAL MYSPACE to hear other tracks, including her altogether brilliant live acoustic version of the Guns 'N' Roses classic 'Sweet Child O' Mine'.
