MARSHEAUX : Breakthrough

Greek synth-pop duo Marsheaux have been quietly working away over the last six years, releasing two albums and gaining plenty of airplay in their homeland. But it would appear that Sophie and Marianthi's record label wants the world to hear about the girls and their alluring blend of oh-so-now electro pop, releasing this rather amazing video clip to go with their most recent single 'Breakthrough'.
The clip follows the story of a young woman who goes by the name of 'Red Riding Hood'. Through the story, we discover some little-known facts about the well-known children's story, such as what Red Riding Hood's house on South Grimm Street is made out of, what was in the basket of goodies she took to grandma's house and how much it cost. We discover the route she takes to grandma's, the aerodynamic characteristics of a Volkswagen Kombi, the wildlife density of the Hundred Acre Wood and even the nutritional information of poor ill-fated grandmamma. Very very very clever clip to a great track.
