The Whitney Houston comeback trail has finally hit the UK, with the singer appearing on this weekend's X Factor live shows to add a little ooomph to 'Diva Night'. And after dishing out some advice to this year's contestants, the singer took to the stage to perform a slowed-down Freemasons version of her single 'Million Dollar Bill'. She looked amazing, but came unstuck on two occasions, firstly jumping the gun on the intro. On the second occasion, the strap on the back of her dress came undone and clearly rattled the star. The crowd didn't seem to mind, lapping up the performance. Whitney's album is belatedly released in Britain today.
I'm really glad Whitney is back but the performance was a shambles - she obviously didn't rehearse much (if at all) - she came in ALOT early, not just a bit. That heavens for the backing vocalists who done more than there share of "backing vocals" too - such a shame. She did look good thou - but Cheryl Cole's performance was fantastic - she ran rings around Whitney!
