Okay, so this is bloody clever. Why pay for an entire clip when you can just pay for two thirds of it and then put things into reverse for the last bit? Brian and his creatives dish up something totally original, with a glam party, some super-thin people and an awesome poolside flash mob. It's quite cool - but the trick is when Brian's singing the main lyric 'Just Say So' in reverse, it actually looks like he's singing it in real time. Don't know how it's done, but it's totally effective. Still not totally sold on the song, but we're looking very much forward to hearing more of the album 'Wall Of Soundz' which drops later this month.

The trick is to actually have Brian learn that part of the song backwards. They would've filmed that scene with the track modified to play backwards and later, in the editing suite... they'll reverse the whole sequence, making the song (and Brian's lips) appear to be playing the write way...
Confusing but not really if you think about it. The hardest part would've been learning the song backwards.
