You may or may not be aware, but US outfit Boys Like Girls (left) hit our shores late next week for a series of cracking live dates. Ably supported by fellow up and coming US outfit Hot Chelle Rae, they'll be kicking things off in Brisbane on Friday July 09, before moving through Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide for a series of six shows.BUT, thanks to the ever-lovely folk at Sony Music, we've got double passes to giveaway to each of the FOUR over 18s shows throughout the country!!
That's right - we've got a double pass to go for Brisbane, a double to Sydney, a double to Melbourne and a double pass to the July 16 show in Adelaide... And you could win!
Friday July 09 - Brisbane (The HiFi)
Sunday July 11 - Sydney (Roundhouse)
Thursday July 15 - Melbourne (The HiFi)
Friday July 16 - Adelaide (Fowlers)
What we're asking you to do for this one is to send us a quick email containing your name and contact number (to be used for prize distribution purposes ONLY) to auspOp@ymail.com with the subject line 'Boys - ' and the city you want to enter the draw for. For example, if you'd like the chance to win a double pass to the Adelaide show, send us an email with the subject line 'Boys - Adelaide'. If you'd like the chance to win a double to the Sydney show, the subject line would be 'Boys - Sydney'. Etc. But hurry - you've only got 'til midday next Monday to enter the prize draws. Competition closes at midday on Monday July 05, 2010. One entry per person. Winners drawn at random. One lucky winner will win a double pass to the July 09 Brisbane show, one person will win a double pass to the Sydney show on July 11, one will win a double pass to the Melbourne show on July 15 and one will win a double pass to the show in Adelaide on July 16. ALL WINNERS MUST BE AGED 18 YEARS OR OVER. Proof of ID will be requested at the venues. Transports, refreshments and other associated costs are not included in the prize - the prize is the tickets only. Winners' first names and suburbs will be published on the site on Monday July 05, 2010. Winners' names, email addresses and contact numbers will be passed onto Sony Music in Sydney solely for the purposes of prize distribution. Good luck!

for the sydney show the roundhouse its an all ages show & the venue doesn't check ID & ticketek are selling just general tickets not seperate ones. does that mean those under 18 still cant enter?

Yes, Sony has asked us that only people aged 18 and over are eligible to enter.
While we obviously can't prove the age of anyone who enters, they've asked that that be a stipulation of our giveaway.
