CYNDI'S MEMPHIS HITS OZ

We've had many a concerned Cyndi Lauper fan emailing the site asking whether the singer's new album 'Memphis Blues' would be getting an Australian release. We can now confirm that Cyndi's album has indeed been locked away for an Australian release - by independent record label Inertia.
Cyndi says of the album, a blues covers record, "This is the album I’ve wanted to make for years. All of these beautiful songs, and all of the great players on the album, were carefully chosen because I’ve admired them my entire life."
The 12 track LP will be released at Australian retail on Friday July 09.

Happy about that. Pity I've already ordered it from the US...

Is this true? I cannot find any sites where it can be pre-ordered. also the record company does not list anything on their site.

Where is the confirmation from?

Hey Anonymous,

We can guarantee it's authenticity.
