THE COUNTESS RETURNS

We first introduced you to the Countess Of Pop, Sweden's Emilia De Poret, back in August 2008 when she was ready to unleash her brand new single 'Pick Me Up' upon an unsuspecting Australian pop public. We were even lucky enough to be among the select few whisked away to a luxurious cliff-top Coogee property for the exclusive album launch.
After an almost two year absence, the songstress is back (and it would seem she's found a new way of disposing of her unwanted record collection - pictured).
Her brand new single is 'This Ain't A Love Song', not to be confused with the current Scouting For Girls track of the same name.
The single is lifted from Emilia's forthcoming album 'Pick Me Up' - an LP that was mixed by Phil Tan (who's worked with the likes of Rihanna, Gwen Stefani, Mariah Carey) and produced by Arnthor Birgisson (J-Lo, Enrique Iglesias, Janet Jackson etc).
With an extensive European tour on the horizon, plans to crack the US market and another visit to our shores, it would seem that Emilia De Poret is going to be one busy young lady in the months ahead.
Look for the album and single dropping locally later in the year.

Hmm, she seems a lot like natalie horler (cascada) with her looks & sound, what music company is she signed to?

Hey bsb745,

Emilia is independent - so no local record company.
