Once upon a time, there were two young men in a local pub who were a bit of alright with their musical prowess. There they were playing to all and sundry, when all of a sudden, their tunes were noticed by an A&R person from an independent record company who said something along the lines of 'by gosh, I like what you do - how would you like me to hand you a piece of paper that will contain words like 'contract' and 'recording' (not necessarily in that order)?'
Well how could they say no? They went into the recording studio and came up with five fab new songs, all of which are included on the band's debut label EP 'Boat Afloat'. Ironically, they're also using the title track from the EP to hopefully find some love at radio.
The EP is available digitally now.
