This video for Manchester duo Hurts' new single 'Wonderful Life' went onto YouTube in April last year, but it's only now that they're preparing to release it as a single. The electro duo, who left us gobsmacked with their single 'Better Than Love' a couple of months back, will release their debut album later in the year, and if the first two singles are any indication, for us it's one of the year's most anticipated releases. Their songs, both featuring the beat of a metronome, are instant classics. They're so retro they're now. They're so cool they're hot. They're a blend of the then and the oh so up to the minute. A clash of eras that's so sweet and refreshing, it's like rediscovering a long lost love. And it's exhilarating.
