GAGA DOMINATES MTV VMAS

The race for the 2010 MTV VMAs has been run and won at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles earlier today local time, with Lady Gaga triumphing in an extraordinary eight categories.
The 'Bad Romance' singer picked up gongs including those for 'Best Pop Video', 'Best Female Video' and the coveted 'Video Of The Year' (all for 'Bad Romance', which scooped the pool). She also hit the jackpot with the 'Best Collaborative Video' award for her 'Telephone' clip featuring Beyonce.
Tongues were set wagging, however when Cher presented Gaga with the award for 'Video Of The Year' dressed in the very same outfit she donned in the 'If I Could Turn Back Time' video clip more than 20 years ago.
Performances for the show came courtesy of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Usher, Florence & The Machine, Drake and many more.
The awards are telecast on MTV Australia at 4 o'clock AEST this afternoon, and will repeat on MTV on Tuesday September 14 @ 8.30am, Wednesday September 15 @ 6.30pm, Thursday September 16 @ 1.30pm and Saturday September 17 @ 9am and 8.30pm.
