JIMA NOMINEES

The nominees have been revealed in the 2010 Jagermeister Independent Music Awards. Formerly known as the AIR Awards, the ceremony will celebrate all that is good about the Australian independent music scene, by rewarding those deemed most worthy.
Cloud Control and Sia seem to have done particularly well this year, scoring three nods apiece, while Dan Sultan also gets three nominations.
The awards will also be supplemented by a 'Most Popular Independent Artist' Award, voted on by Nova listeners across the country.
The 2010 Jagermeister Independent Music Awards are held on Friday October 01 at Melbourne's Forum Theatre, with a Channel [V] awards special to go to air later in October.
