KID'S ROCKIN NEW SINGLE

After a three year absence from the music scene, Kid Rock is officially back, with the servicing today of the first taster - and first single from his brand new album 'Born Free'.
The album's title track was produced by Rick Rubin, who in the past has worked on tunes from the likes of U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers and even Green Day and was sampled this morning.
Kid Rock's last album 'Rock 'N' Roll Jesus' was his most successful in Australia to date, hitting the top ten, while the third single from it 'All Summer Long' was a surprise No.1 hit.
'Born Free' the album is set for release in Australia on Friday November 12.

Three year? I might be greatly confused, but didn't he have All Summer Long hitting #1 around two years ago, and that stayed in the chart for quite a while, making it only about 1.5 years?

Hey gang,

Yes, three years since his last album release - and 'All Summer Long' was released in Australia in April '08, so that's now two and a half years since.
