Both the Kylie and Stan singles ARE NOT released today.
Joe Jonas' new single - See No More is TODAY released to Radio across the country - Australia.
Kylie and Stan singles are still not available.

According to Warner Music, the Kylie physical single is definitely officially released today.

The Joe Jonas single is not released to radio in Australia today. It'll hit Aussie radio later this month. According to our sources, he'll reveal the track tomorrow morning (Australian time). Post coming soon.

There's also no information about the new version on their extranet.

Yes, they did a JB Hifi exclusive soft release of the UK version of the LP back in March. The Aussie release proper will happen in August (the updated US version of the album).
