When you're a judge on Australia's highest rating TV show and a relatively successful recording artist (let's make no mention of that previous single), there's no way you'd pass up the opportunity to release something new and exciting. That's precisely what Australia's Got Talent judge and former Westlifer Brian McFadden will do tomorrow with the release of his new double A side single 'Come Party'/'That's How Life Goes'. Both tunes were penned during a writing trip to the United States late last year.
'Come Party' is presumably an uptempo number which features rapper Lavay Cole, while its accompanying 'That's How Life Goes' is a ballad.
"To be honest we couldn’t decide which song to go with," says Brian of his new double a-side release. "I feel that both songs show the different sides of me so perfectly, it just felt right to release them.
"I never intentionally wanted to release a ballad but this song ('That's How Life Goes') flowed out so organically that it felt almost therapeutic to write and I like to think everyone can relate to the lyrics."
A five plus minute two-part video for both songs, shot in Queensland, will be released soon.
'Come Party'/'That's How Life Goes' will be serviced to media and released to digital retail tomorrow.

Pretty dodgy photoshopping on the cover.
