Irish outfit The Script are back in favour with the Australian record buying public if their recent single 'Hall Of Fame' is anything to go by. Featuring a guest vocal appearance by Will.I.Am, the track peaked inside the top five on the ARIA singles chart and went on to sell triple platinum - the band's biggest ever hit in Australia, even outperforming their 2008 breakout smash 'Breakeven'.
Now there's something new in the offing from their latest album '#3' - the single 'Six Degrees Of Separation', which was officially serviced to media by Sony today.
A track about a relationship breakdown and each heartbreaking facet of it, it will no doubt be heavily featured on the band's upcoming tour, stopping in Australia in April next year.
