Swedish songstress Tove Lo's profile here in Australia is about to get a major boost, after the songstress was today named as the support act on selected dates for Katy Perry's forthcoming Australian tour.
Tove, whose single 'Stay High (Habits Remix)' was championed by tastemaker sites across the world earlier in the year, hasn't yet got a stranglehold on the Australian charts, despite a concerted push by her label Universal. But being seen by thousands across the country might just be the push she needs to break through as a major star in her own right.
Tove will support Katy at her Brisbane shows on November 30, December 01 and 15, along with her Melbourne (December 04, 06, 07 and 10) and Sydney (December 12 and 13) dates.

I love everything she's done so far bar the Habits remix. The original 'Habits', 'Love Ballad' and 'Out Of Mind' were three of my fav tracks from this year and last. I'd just go and see her, with Katy as a bonus :D

Annoying that she's not opening for the earlier Melbourne shows. We will probably end up with someone boring :/
